Job Description and Requirements
- Conducting tennis coaching lessons for children
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations in Singapore
- Managing and implementing training and development program for junior coaches
- Creating tailored lesson plans for individual needs of clients / groups of clients
- Working in a professional manner and developing good rapport with learners
- Specific qualification not required but tennis qualifications or sports related degrees would be preferred
- Candidate must have minimum of 5 years of experience working with preschool aged children and minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more coaches
Job Description and Requirements
- Experience Coaching tennis to children of all abilities, within groups and private lessons (Must have minimum 3 years experience teaching preschool aged children)
- You will be required to work at various locations across Singapore
- Be a team player and work with all coaches in the best interest of the team
- Responsible for arranging a suitable date and time to conduct lessons for clients looking for private lessons
- Create lesson plans for both privates and groups
- Conduct lessons in a professional manner at all times
- Develop a good rapport with students
- Make sure the clients are well aware of the lesson policies such as payment and cancellation
- Arrive at the venues at least 15 minutes before lesson time
