Eligibility: The free trial offer is limited to new customers within Singapore who have not previously taken a lesson with the coach.
Duration: The free trial lesson is for one hour only.
Schedule: The free trial lesson will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time and location between the coach and the customer.
Cancellation policy: The customer must provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule the free trial lesson. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the offer.
Liability waiver: The customer agrees to the liability waiver as per ATP Tennis’s class policies.
Code of conduct: The customer must agree to follow the coach’s instructions and behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during the lesson.
Marketing materials: The customer may be asked to provide feedback and consent to the use of their name, likeness, and testimonial for marketing purposes.
Transport: A $30 fee will be applicable to cover transportation costs of the coach for the free trial lesson. The coach will provide relevant QR code / PayNow details ahead of the scheduled lesson.
