Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Private classes: Private lessons may be cancelled and rescheduled if 24 hours notice is given. The full lesson fee will apply if less than 48 hours notice is given. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
Group classes: There are no make-up classes or refunds for absence as our slots are limited. However, participants may attend other group classes, depending on available slots, if a valid medical certificate is provided.
Kids camps: There are no make-up classes or refunds for absence as our slots are limited. However, your child may attend another tennis camp, depending on available slots, if a valid medical certificate is provided.
Payment
Course fees must be paid in full before the first class.
Photos and Videos
The photos or videos of our participants may be used by ATP Tennis for promotional purposes online or in print. Kindly let us know in writing using our contact form if you do not wish for you or your child’s photos or videos to be used.
Court Booking
If the lesson is at your condo, do make sure that you have the court booked and it is available. You will be charged for the lesson in full once your coach has arrived at your court at the prearranged date and time.
Please note that court booking fees at all public facilities are non-refundable. As such, kindly refund your coach the court booking fees if you need to cancel your lessons for any reasons.
Rain Policy
Do check with your coach one hour before your lesson if there needs to be any rescheduling due to rain. Your lesson may be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
You will be charged for the lesson once it has commenced, even if the lesson might be interrupted due to the rain. However, we will make up for the lost time in your subsequent sessions.
Liability Waiver
By participating in any tennis coaching activity (the “Activity”) offered by ATP Tennis (the “Organizer”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Assumption of Risks: You acknowledge that the Activity involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to risks associated with physical activity and equipment use. You understand that these risks cannot be eliminated and that you are voluntarily participating in the Activity with knowledge of these risks.
- Release of Claims: You hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organizer, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of your participation in the Activity, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, suits, or actions arising out of your participation in the Activity, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage.
- Medical Treatment: You authorize the Organizer to provide or arrange for medical treatment in the event of any injury, illness, or emergency that may occur during the Activity.
- Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
- Acknowledgement of Understanding: By participating in the Activity, you acknowledge that you have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and understand that you are giving up substantial rights, including your right to sue. You acknowledge that you are participating in the Activity freely and voluntarily, and intend by your participation to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not participate in the Activity.
Participation
All participants are required to follow the lawful instructions of ATP Tennis coaches and staff. Any participant may be removed from the program if his or her behaviour is excessively disruptive to the class.
Haze Policy
The 1 hour PM 2.5 reading on the NEA website will be used to determine whether classes should go ahead. In the event that the 1 hour PM 2.5 mark is above the 150 level 2 hours before the class, we will go ahead and cancel the relevant class and inform parents/guardians registered to the particular class via an e-mail notification. Should such a situation occur, you will be automatically credited with 1 session which would be valid for use as a makeup during the validity period of your package.
